Inspired by the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the social teaching of the Church, Christ the King’s “Faith in Action” ministry seeks to respond to the needs of our community, our country and our world. This group works to educate the parish with regard to these needs and to engage parishioners in the mission of responding - through advocacy, direct assistance, and solidarity with the poor. This ministry responds to social needs such as: health care, immigration, homelessness, hunger, peace, environment, and advocacy issues.
